COURSE EXPERIENCE about administrative effort

We understand quality as something very personal that we take care of. This ensures our participants have a great experience.

If a training course includes a certification exam, the exam will take place outside of course hours. If this is not the case, it will be explicitly stated. This allows participants to choose their own exam date, so that their learning time can be tailored to their personal preferences. We provide support with the administration and organization of the certification exam.

Each instructor is an expert in their field and their expertise is listed in the course offerings. Our instructors also impress with their expertise and further training in teaching and learning, thus supporting dynamic learning and a unique course experience.

Planned course materials will be made available to participants during the course. For sustainable development, we strive to provide these materials, where appropriate, preferably in electronic form.

Company training courses can be offered both on-site and online. Our trainers have extensive experience in both formats. We would be happy to create a customized offer for you. For advertised course dates, online delivery is only available if explicitly stated on the course page.

All advertised courses will take place, provided that enough participants have registered for the respective course. Planned exchanges are also dependent on a minimum number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached, alternative dates will be offered. See our Terms and Conditions for further information.
