This course provides software testers and test automation specialists with a comprehensive introduction to test automation for web applications using Selenium. In addition to a general introduction to test automation, the course covers the fundamentals of the necessary web technologies and delves into the automation of web applications using Selenium through various practical examples. You will also learn how to effectively implement Selenium within your organization and which critical factors to consider during implementation. The practical examples are presented in either Java or Python.

This training is based on version 3.0 of the Selenium 4 Tester Foundation, updated in February 2025, and optimally prepares you for the ISQI certification 'Certified Selenium Tester Foundation – A4Q'. After the training, you can complete the certification through ISQI and officially demonstrate your knowledge.

Hardware: Additional software installation is required to complete the practical exercises. Therefore, participants should use a device on which they have administrative rights.
