As a Swiss company specializing in software quality and process automation, we are committed to sustainability in ecology, economy, and society. Through our initiatives, we actively contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
ecology
- Energy: We produce over half of our electricity needs with our own solar panels. We also obtain the remaining electricity through ewz's most sustainable electricity product. [Link to blog post]
- Mobility: We prioritize public transportation and only partially reimburse car expenses. Furthermore, we advocate for the right to work from home 1-2 days a week to reduce commuting. [Link to blog post]

- Investments: Our pension fund focuses on a sustainable investment profile.
- Work results: Our high-quality work results in less rework being required by the customer.
- Transparency: We increase transparency through regular blog posts. In addition, we conduct annual employee surveys on sustainability to gather further ideas for measures.
