World Retrospective Day is an international initiative aiming to showcase the incredible power of retrospectives to a wider audience. It also seeks to create a network that allows even experienced retrospective enthusiasts to exchange ideas and further develop their skills.
On February 6, 2018, events on this topic will take place all over the world, creating a feedback loop around the globe!
For Infometis, retrospectives are also a cornerstone of good quality (of software and collaboration), which is why we are organizing a World Retrospective Day event in Zurich.

We want to make this workshop as interactive as possible, therefore the program is tailored to the needs of the participants. The general schedule is as follows:
- 2:00 PM – Introduction to how to moderate agile retrospectives
- 2:30 PM – Workshop 1: Participants try out new tools and share their experiences (Your input is very welcome!)
- 4:00 PM – Workshop 2, second round
- 5:30 p.m. – Networking
Depending on the number of participants, the event will take place at the Infometis premises at Laurenzgasse 5 in Zurich or at another central location in Zurich.
