For the fifth time in a row, an award for our corporate culture
- After Infometis AG was already awarded the title of Top Company from 2022 to 2025, it will again receive the kununu Top Company Award in 2026 for its outstanding corporate culture.
- The employer seal recognizes companies with high employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu.
- Approximately five percent of all companies on kununu are awarded the title of Top Company each year.
The employer review platform kununu has recognized Infometis AG as a Top Company 2026. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. This places Infometis AG among the companies with the best working environment in Switzerland.

For the fifth year in a row – that’s truly exceptional,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of companies qualify for this prestigious seal. This sends a positive signal, both as a showcase for potential applicants and as a reflection of the company culture to employees. As a result, 71 percent of the companies that received the seal saw an increase in applications. Furthermore, a full 81 percent recognize the award as an important part of their employer branding strategy.”
Corporate culture is never finished

This is what distinguishes a kununu Top Company
To qualify for the kununu Top Company seal 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:
- At least seven employee reviews since the profile was created. Reviews from job applicants are not counted.
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and in employee ratings.
- Over the past twelve months, the employee rating score must be at least 3.8 stars.
- At least two new reviews in the last twelve months. An updated review also counts as a new review.
A survey¹ by kununu among companies that received the Top Company award in the last certification season also revealed that 80 percent of the surveyed companies received positive feedback on the Top Company seal during the application process. Furthermore, 81 percent of the award-winning companies would recommend that other employers strive for Top Company certification.
