Agile Leadership Day – What drives… What’s being created….
Things remain exciting in the agile world. Leadership is making waves on various stages. This was once again impressively demonstrated at Agile Leadership Day 2018 !

"Agile is accidental – we just wanted to be successful again." "Know who you work for and respect them." "Our agile fire burns." "Many voices, one goal."
Is the cool phase over? Not at all. As leaders, we have staying power. We're right in the thick of things. How cool is that?! And we inspire with our very being. Don't act agile – be agile. We explore the realm of the possible and the impossible, experimenting with inspiration and courage. And we get immediate feedback. Ouch! That can sting sometimes. But it's also a great opportunity for personal growth. A tremendous gift! Thank you to everyone who accompanies me on my journey.
Regarding the gift idea: What began as "Every picture tells a special story" developed into a truly spectacular moment at the conference. It was incredible and moving to see what can be achieved with passion, dedication, creativity, reliable partners, and perseverance. "Smiling Gecko" blew everyone away. Something has been created. A momentum. And it continues. How? That depends on all of us.
Let's design a future we all want to live and work in! We'll all try many new things, develop ourselves further, stumble, and support each other. And in a year's time, we'll have plenty to talk about. I'm looking forward to that. I trust in it. Because trust is success.
