During his studies in International Business Administration in Vienna, specializing in banking, Mesrop Yaghubian gained initial experience as a test manager and automation engineer. After graduating, he led the automation team of a software development company for banking software, finding his niche at the interface between business and IT.
Mesrop Yaghubian then took over the management of a Deutsche Bank branch in Spain. During his eight years as a client advisor and branch manager, he was able to put his banking expertise into practice and deepen his knowledge, particularly in the area of investments. He subsequently moved to Switzerland and transitioned to the insurance sector. There, he started as a test manager, then served as a project manager, and finally took over the management of the "Testing" Competence Center at SwissLife. As test manager, he was not only able to expand his testing knowledge but also demonstrate his strengths in dealing with his employees and stakeholders.
Since 2015, his focus has again been on test management for financial institutions, where he can optimally utilize his technical and methodological expertise. His constructive dialogue between IT and business departments, his customer-centric approach, and his strong interpersonal skills make him a valued partner for our clients.
The ever-accelerating pace of change presents many companies with a difficult challenge – the ability to react quickly to changes and work efficiently. Since 2016, Mesrop Yaghubian, as an Agile Coach, has been supporting companies, organizational units, and teams in visualizing and optimizing their value stream using the Kanban change management method. The focus here is always on the flow diagram of the value stream that generates customer value. Through (small) continuous improvement steps, the flow-based systems are enhanced, and the process of continuous improvement is initiated. As Cliff Hazell of Spotify said: "If I could change only one thing in a company, I would introduce retrospectives." Welcome to the world of Kaizen.
Full of enthusiasm or is there room for improvement?
