Firat Kara has nine years of experience in the financial industry. During this time, he worked for two major Swiss banks. He was a full-time Business Engineer on two cross-functional digital asset projects, as well as on various other IT projects in the areas of investments and pensions. In his roles as Product Owner of a DevOps team and as a specialist project manager, he also gained extensive practical experience in project management and agile methodologies. Furthermore, he has experience in the energy and industrial sectors.

Firat Kara holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently completing his MAS in Digital Excellence for Financial Services (CAS: AI Management / Fintech & Blockchain Economy / Future Banking and Digital Transformation) at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ).
