After completing his studies in Information Science at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HTW) in Chur, Bernhard Fuchs devoted himself to ancient languages and computational linguistics at the University of Zurich. As a classical philologist and Indo-Europeanist with teaching experience, he possesses a keen sense for linguistic nuances. Driven by his broad curiosity, he later pursued part-time studies in computer science at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in software testing at the Rapperswil University of Applied Sciences (HSR).
He has gained professional experience in various fields, including library services, e-learning, service desk operations, software development, and risk management. He has a particular interest in software testing and test automation. He is skilled at finding errors not only in language but also in software applications. Among other things, he played a key role in expanding the testing capabilities of a market-leading hospital information system. Thanks to this diverse experience and broad background, he brings an interdisciplinary perspective and an understanding of interface functions.
