With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, Marco Rotert combines in-depth banking expertise with strong methodological competence in business analysis, process management, and test management. As an experienced team player, he acts as a key liaison between business units, IT, and stakeholders – solution-oriented, customer-focused, and with high quality standards.

Marco Rotert has spent the majority of his career in the financial industry, holding various roles – from product manager in the investment and pension sector to project and test manager. Since 2019, he has also been strategically contributing his expertise as a CRM business consultant, requirements engineer, and business analyst to client projects.

His core competencies include requirements engineering and business analysis, as well as working in agile project environments. He brings particular experience in CRM systems, process automation, change and quality management, and investment and tax reporting.

His business administration studies (Business Economist FH) as well as certifications in investment reporting and as an internal process auditor round off his professional profile.
