With her completed part-time BSc in Computer Science, specializing in iCompetence (Design and Management), and her many years of experience in IT quality assurance, Vanessa possesses in-depth expertise and extensive experience in her field. With test automation as a constant focus, Vanessa expanded her competence in areas such as test management, technical team leadership, and the support of internal and external clients. Her ability to implement solutions was further demonstrated by leading and successfully completing several process optimization initiatives comprising a total of 70 mini-projects.

With great initiative, Vanessa takes ownership of projects and drives them forward. She always places the prevailing needs and desires at the heart of her work. She provides numerous ideas and is committed to finding practical solutions in a constructive and engaging manner. Close collaboration with clients allows her to deliver results that not only meet requirements but are also transparent and easily understandable throughout the entire process. Her thoughtful approach enables her to adapt quickly to changing situations, maintain focus on the essentials, and remain calm and composed even in hectic environments. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm for her work are contagious.

Vanessa is proficient in working with Tosca, Jenkins, Jira, Xray, and Confluence on a daily basis. She can use these tools across different areas, enabling clients to initiate automated test cases in Tosca via Jenkins and receive timely reports via Jira or view them in a clear overview in Confluence. From evaluating new automation applications to supporting and maintaining existing automation systems, Vanessa guides her clients to maintain the quality of their products and take them to the next level.
