Michael Vils is a passionate test manager. His solid computer science education and many years of experience in the financial sector enable him to act as a link between specialist and development departments and to ensure the overall quality of a project.

The foundation of his expertise lies in his IT and banking apprenticeship at the Zurich Cantonal Bank, where he soon gained his first experience in testing and test management (including for the online bank). Subsequently, Michael expanded his IT knowledge and specific project experience in various roles as a developer, project manager, and release manager. His further training as a federally certified IT specialist and various ISTQB certifications have allowed him to refine and enhance his specific IT expertise, particularly his testing skills.

In addition to his education and experience, Michael also excels as a team player and is equally valued by clients and colleagues for his open and direct manner. He firmly believes that a strong team is the key to a successful project.
