Eveline Scala began her career as a client advisor for private clients at a Swiss bank. After a move into business informatics, she discovered her passion for requirements engineering and business analysis. Her first projects focused on customer relationship management.
Afterwards, she worked as a Business Engineer in Multi-Channel Management. In this role, she gathered requirements for various digital customer channels, developed functional solution concepts, and created the detailed specifications. She complemented her work as a Business Engineer by taking on the role of project manager for various projects. She is familiar with agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum, as well as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) . As Product Owner, her responsibilities included developing the product vision and strategy, as well as prioritizing the backlog.
her part-time BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Banking and Finance in 2017 with an MSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism. In addition to her work in business engineering and project management, she is also interested in regional development, social network analysis, and service design.
