Recruiting process

Your start with us

1. Online application

Send us your application documents.

2. Initial selection and feedback

Within 10 days at the latest, you will receive an invitation to an initial meeting via MS Teams or a rejection via email.

3. Online introductory meeting

In a 15-minute conversation via MS Teams, we will get to know each other virtually, tell you more about the position and clarify the general conditions.

4. On-site expert discussion & experience the Infometis spirit

We'll discuss your experience and expectations and introduce you to our work methods and projects. It's a dialogue on equal footing, where we determine whether we're a good fit both professionally and personally. Depending on the position, an assessment or an oral interview with technical questions may be part of the selection process.

5. Meet the Team

In the third round, you will get to know our team and gain insight into their daily consulting work and projects.

6. References

We will obtain references from your previous or current manager to get a complete picture of your experience.

7. Acceptance & Offer

If we are convinced of your suitability, you will receive a call from us and we will send you our official offer.

8. Contract Conclusion & Onboarding

Once you accept, we'll finalize the contract and plan your start date. This way, you'll be optimally prepared from the very beginning.
