Oliver Heinzer has over 30 years of practical experience as a project manager, business consultant, requirements engineer, test manager, and strategy consultant in the Swiss banking and finance industry. He has successfully managed numerous integrations and migrations as project manager or sub-project manager of various banking systems and peripheral systems (archiving, output, portfolio management, e-banking, etc.).

Oliver holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Consulting, has completed various project management training programs, and is a certified project manager (PMI | Scrum Product Owner | Scrum Master). His IT background and broad understanding of finance make him an ideal liaison between business and IT.

In addition to his broad knowledge in various specialist areas, such as onboarding, eBanking, portfolio management, securities, and payment transactions, he also has proven management and team leadership experience in banking as well as consulting.

Oliver is a well-organized and solution-oriented team player with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities across all levels, from C-level executives to end users and IT development teams. He always keeps the project goal in focus and prioritizes it in all his activities.
